Alvéole App — an ERP for beekeeping associations and unions

A complete management system for beekeeping associations and unions: membership records and renewal campaigns, dues and treasury, training apiary, volunteering, stock and orders, insurance declarations. It was built with the help of beekeepers and association members, so that it follows the real working cycle of an association rather than a generic template.

Published by PW Consulting, Alvéole App is intended for beekeeping associations and unions across France. The trademark is registered with the French INPI; a full demonstration, populated with fictitious data, is available on request.

Technical stack

Responsive web application built on Node.js + PostgreSQL, sovereign hosting in France, daily encrypted backups with monthly restoration tests. GDPR by design: audit logging, explicit retention periods, operable rights of individuals.

Online shop for an independent French maker

Design and operation of a tailor-made e-commerce website for an independent French maker. The solution covers the product showcase, order and shipment management, and a back office designed for a non-technical user: product publishing, blog posts, day-to-day order and stock management.

Integration of SumUp payments and Mondial Relay shipping, sovereign hosting in France and built-in GDPR compliance. This project became the foundation of MaBoutiqueArtisan, an offer dedicated to makers and craftspeople.
