Management application for a local non-profit in south-west France

Tailor-made application for a local non-profit gathering several hundred members across one French département. A genuine ERP: it handles members and the membership workflow, stock and member orders, along with many other day-to-day capabilities useful to any non-profit.

Technical stack

Responsive web application built on Node.js + PostgreSQL, sovereign hosting in France, daily encrypted backups with monthly restoration tests. GDPR by design: audit logging, explicit retention periods, operable rights of individuals.

Online shop for an independent French maker

Design and operation of a tailor-made e-commerce website for an independent French maker. The solution covers the product showcase, order and shipment management, and a back office designed for a non-technical user: product publishing, blog posts, day-to-day order and stock management.

End-to-end payment and shipping

Native integration of SumUp payments (secure checkout, automated reconciliation of settled orders) and Mondial Relay parcel shipping (pickup point selection by the customer, label generation, shipment tracking). The back office drives the full order → payment → shipping → tracking cycle without leaving the tool.

Technical stack

Enriched static front-end, Node.js back-office, sovereign hosting in France, daily encrypted backups. GDPR compliance built in (explicit consent, individual rights, order retention periods aligned with the French Commercial Code).

Model

Fixed-fee service contract covering publishing, hosting and ongoing maintenance.
