"PW Consulting" name and logo) are the exclusive property of PW Consulting and
are protected under French and international copyright and intellectual
property law.
Any reproduction, representation, adaptation, translation, modification or exploitation, in whole or in part, by any means and on any medium, without the express prior authorisation of PW Consulting, is strictly prohibited and constitutes an infringement punishable under Articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.
5. Personal data
This website is an institutional site presenting the activities of PW Consulting. It does not collect or process personal data through forms, audience measurement cookies or third-party trackers.
The only data that may be processed are :
- web server technical logs (IP address, timestamp, page visited), retained for security and abuse prevention purposes for a maximum of 12 months ;
- data voluntarily submitted by email to patrick@pw.consulting, retained for as long as necessary to handle the request.
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act, any individual has the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port their personal data. These rights may be exercised by email to patrick@pw.consulting.
6. Cookies and local storage
This website does not place any cookies or trackers for audience measurement, advertising or profiling purposes. No data is transmitted to third parties.
Two technical preference items are stored only when you manually click the language switch (FR/EN), in order to remember your display choice:
